Old school vibe and architecture, old school manners and courtesy, incredible rooms and even better service. The staff goes out of their way to get to know you and adapt to your likes and style to make your stay as good as possible. To sum the Ritz-Carlton up in one word, that word would be "classy"
*Terrible Security and Customer Service* Under no circumstances should anyone hold an event at this hotel. Their loading dock is unsecured and they allow people to come in and take random packages from the dock. While having several packages waiting for a UPS pickup they allowed a $6,000 item of mine to be taken as well as an item from another group that was there. Their response: "The item was scanned and delivered to the loading dock area as a courtesy." Needless to say they won't be reimbursing me as they aren't liable fo... read more
