Greatest hotel ever!! Front desk staff are awesome! The spa service is impecable
Spending last weekend at The Ritz in Denver, having $600 out of my wallet stolen from the room, The Ritz doing nothing about it, made for a miserable trip. Besides losing money I feel violated and disgusted that the housekeeper went through my clothing, my suitcase and my entire purse to dig up all the cash in my wallet. My bad for not using the safe. I unfortunately was in a rush. I thought I felt safe being at The Ritz. I was very very wrong. No follow up calls to see what they could do. Awful customer service. So very dis... read more
