RecommendedEnjoyed my stay and aside from a noisy neighbor yelling at someone on the phone until 4am it was the best nights sleep I have had in a long while. Room service for breakfast was top notch. I will be back! 😊❤️

This was an amazing hotel; the staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and updated. Location was great, close to all the fine restaurants and shopping.
#Shoutout To #Isaiah and staff for outstanding service, being club level (under construction for 1 night) & of course I still travel despite a bad chest cold � The level of remediation, comps, coming personally to make sure I was OK! I stay at a lot of great places & when in ATL I would recommend them! (I think the staff is the same as it used to be the Ritz Carlton) THANK YOU for the kindness & care �
I love this hotel location. It’s a favorite of mine and has been since it was the Ritz. The service is NOT the same level as a Ritz but I’m sure being a luxury collection property it will be better. Can’t wait to try again soon
