Lovely stay at this elegant property!
Made reservations several days ago. Confirmed in the morning even the time of checkin and room type as traveling with small children. Got to hotel before 3 o’clock and was made aware that they overbooked the Hotel 50 rooms!!!!!! They had no explanation. Wasted an hour with this issue. They were still checking certain people in. They walked us to the Westin. We booked for the pool at Whitley but the one at Weston is horrible. Never again.

Staff was lovely - warm greeting upon arrival - food excellent! Rooms lovely !
So many things were bad. Really bad! The pool was so dirty that the chlorine smell was eye burning and the entire pool area smelled of it so strongly. We went to the restaurant, not a single person greeted us or offered any service. I personally had to wave someone over about 15 mins later. The chicken salad sandwich was so gross and the vegetable soup was so salty it was borderline inedible. It was nice to have apples offered but all of the ones I had as well as my kids were bruised.
