This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel! No soap in the room. No fridge. No coffee machine. Staff has a terrible attitude and is extremely unfriendly.
RecommendedEverything about this hotel is fabulous. I wished they offered special valet parking prices for those with special needs. The regular parking isn't convenient. Otherwise, what a wonderful place e to stay and relax.
Best ever. Service was great food was awesome. Location the best.
