Jerah and the staff are amazing. I was very thankful to get what really felt like a very personal touch. I am looking for a reason to go back in! Resized my ring and it turned out great!! They also found a loose prong on the diamond and fixed it for free:)) very impressed and happy!
We’ve just started the process of ring shopping and this was the first place we came to. Richard was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient with us. Though we haven’t purchased anything yet, we had a great experience so far and will likely be back soon! Update: we ended up purchasing my engagement ring and just got our wedding bands with Richard! We’ve had an excellent experience and highly recommend them!
