Richard at The Ring was incredible! So happy that we came across this shop and worked with him. The other staff members we interacted with casually were also very friendly, helpful, and eager to answer questions.
Completely disgusted with this entire thing. Month in the ring is falling apart its a $500 ring not $30. They will not respond to email or phone calls. Now you call you cant even leave a message lol. I have now had to make a complaint with the BBB and I guess will need to file a fraud charge because that's what this is. The warranty section on the website is just for show!
These folks are amazing. Got a present for my wife here, which is absolutely stunning and she is extremely happy with. During the course of the process there was a minor issue. Things happen and I'm not upset about it. The folks at the Ring did not accept anything less than exemplary customer service and went far above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. They know how to take excellent care of their customers. If you ask me that is worth as much as the cost of the item.
Richard is kind and caters to your needs. The store is clean and crisp. I love that they’re open 7 days a week. Definitely check them out.
Richard and Misty were great—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely inviting. I really enjoyed my experience at The Ring. What makes it unique is the ability to try on prototypes, which helped me visualize exactly what I wanted. There are so many different options to choose from, and the customization aspect is a huge plus if you don’t love something right away. Overall, a relaxed, informative, and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!
