My fiancé and I had an amazing experience at The Ring. Laurel took care of us from start to finish and I genuinely enjoyed working with her. She was attentive, not pushy and always communicative. The whole staff were always really nice when we came in. I highly recommend you check this place out if you are looking for engagement rings/wedding bands!
My husband bought my engagement ring here after reading amazing reviews, and we came back to buy our wedding bands here too. We ended up needing to get my engagement ring reset, but Laurel couldn’t have been more helpful during the entire process. She knows what she’s talking about, she knew us and our style so well, she made thoughtful recommendations, and supported us every step of the way. We cant recommend this place enough
Wow! Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Laurel and Richard were absolutely amazing. I contacted them because I had two rings that had been in damage and needed to be repaired, from start to finish their customer service was amazing so hard to find kind people in the service industry now days they really went above and beyond to help me out will definitely be back for future service from them!
Made ring buying painless and easy! Felt comfortable there with their staff throughout the whole process. Any special requests were handled with ease. Special thanks to Laurel throughout the entire process!
