Jordan was unbelievably wonderful. When my aunt died he took care of everything from getting the apartment cleaned and repaired to repainting and staging. It sold in 3 days of being on the market and the whole process took 4 months from her passing to the closing. He priced it perfectly and gave great advice every step of the way. He always explained my options but also told me his recommendations. I live out of town and never had to come in to DC. He supervised everything. I highly recommend Jordan.
