I like how many of the 5 star reviews here are from either before people could move in, or from staff (14/19 from my current count). The Retreat is overpriced and while the amenities are nice, basic necessities such as a functioning gate system or even power and internet connectivity are lacking many times. The power is out for the second time in two days. The houses are nice, but shake fairly regularly which can be felt from the third floor. The wifi is hit or miss. This place is a total scam, worst choice for a college student learning to manage their funds. They suck you in with promises to help you out but when you need help their totally diffrent people. Most if not all of the reviews on here are from employees . And to all college students think about it this way you are paying 1,833 dollars a month for a three bedroom when you could find a better 3 bedroom to split amongst your friends for 720 a month. Make the smarter choice !
The Retreat is such a great place to work for! I cant wait to be a resident as well with all the amenities!
