Out of all of the "student housing" near UofL, The Retreat is one of the best choices. Yes it may be expensive, but everywhere else will also give you a run for your money. The gym has decent equipment, their basketball court is pretty nice, and the other amenities are a plus. The actual apartments have nice kitchens and most of the rooms don't feel cookie-cutter. This place is scam, thinking about having guests over? Don't because they'll get towed within an hour
