The tech Jeff, did a horrible job. He damaged my doorway carrying in the equipment. He did not vent the hose properly and my entire house filled with toxic chemicals. He didn't use enough paint on my shower. It's not shiny or smooth. It's dull, rough and uneven. I've done reglazing before and I was 100% satisfied. This was nothing like that. My tub had been resurfaced years ago and had peeled to the point where it looked like an alligator was swimming in it. The Resurfacing Doctor took the old surface off, resurfaced it, and replaced the worn-out drain. It's nearly 30 years old and looks brand new!!!! They really did an amazing job for a good price.
My badly-stained tub looks shiny, beautiful and brand new. The work was performed this morning by Marcello, who is extremely skilled in the process. He arrived promptly, was very professional and very pleasant. I made the initial arrangements with Matt, who is most efficient, a pleasure to deal with, and he set up the appointment immediately. Resurfacing Doctor has been in the business for 20 years, and I can understand why they have been so successful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Dealing with Matt is a pleasure. I used them to resurface three bathrooms of tile and tubs and they did a fantastic job. Marcelo was terrific and very professional. They do what they say they will do and they do it promptly. This is the third time I've used them and I will recalling them again the next time I need this done in one of my investment properties.
