Great Entertainment and Food
The service is SLOW and the food certainly doesn't justify waiting that long for it. I do not recommend this place AT ALL!!!
They are remodeling at the moment...no hair dryer in room, no coffee pot either. We were on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator. No smoking in rooms or at the bar. I think I'll wait till they finish the remodel and try again...with a ground floor room! LOL
Absolutely love this place! We host wine yoga experiences here monthly, and the staff is fabulous to work with! Desiree in events is awesome, Will and Matt in operations are helpful, and TJ our bar manager make the experience smooth for us. The whole team is fantastic, I wish I could remember all their names! I've never had anyone be rude or negative to me or anyone enjoying the event. stayed here a few years ago. it was lacking in so many ways. Stayed here this past weekend and it was FANTASTIC! Food was great, room was comfy, upgrades really showed! Staff in hotel and restaurant and coffee shop were attentive,nice and actually looked like they loved their jobs! I'm impressed and will be back soon!
