Truly great I lived at the Resort for over 3 years. In that time, management changed over as well as the maintenance staff. Let me tell you, it was for the better. Charlee and her team have turned that place around. It was nice to begin with, but she addressed many of the concerns that tenants had been reporting to old management for years and they seem to be fixed (old pool, old tennis courts, old carpet, not enough storage for maintenance). No Complaints - Love it! I am finishing up my first year lease at The Resort in a 2 bedroom and transferring to a one bedroom since my roommate is getting married. I wouldn't live anywhere else in Lexington. I love it here. The apartments are updated and nice! The location is perfect for me. I work downtown and it is a straight shot down Richmond Rd. do not move here this place has gone down and it needs a lot of repairs. the office staff is pitiful and they all need replaced. the manager is just wanting to go back home and does not care what happens here and the other full time office person is nasty and rude and does not know how to talk to people and thinks the residents should not say anything and talks about you when you bring a problem to her. residents have to pay 150 dollars to rent out the club house but if you work here you get it free and they do not make coff... read more

Parking Wars!! Do not move here unless you want your vehicle towed. Property owners have contracted with Bluegrass Towing -- who stalk the parking lots after dark waiting for what they perceive to be a parking violator. Vehicles are randomly towed at Bluegrass towing's will yet abandoned/broke down/ inoperable vehicles sat in the lot for months. Property Managers are no help in resolving the parking/towing issues since they " only contract" with Bluegrass and have no control over who gets towed.
