Maintenance has been great to respond quickly to any issues we have with the apartment. The staff is always so friendly and helpful also! Great place to live and in a great location.

The pool and gym are very clean, and I rarely see dog doodoo since they provide us with waste bags. I love the layout of the apartment, and the size is perfect. The apartment is somewhat on the outskirts and in a decent area, close to Kroger, Lowes, a gas station, restaurants, and Jacobson park. Verified Renter I would like to say the maintenance supervisor Kyle is awesome and has the property looking real good and takes care of maintenance issues and the office is bouncing back from Covid and doing good and very helpful. Jessica and all the office staff and Kyle do a fantastic job.
