Verified Renter Living here is a great option with the space you need, great management team, maintenance upkeep is great, the overall community rate is great with friendly neighbors and very pet friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood. I would recommend moving here! The pool and other amenities are amazing! It's off of 25/Richmond road and only 10 to 15 minutes depending traffic wise from downtown and two minutes away/walking distance from Jacobson Park! You get access to a lot of restaurants and retail stores within the area... read more
