Needs more security Apartments and parking lots not well lit, NO security gates, No Security cameras on site. Unregistered automobile are allowed to sit in parking lot for months and not removed. Read other review about management.
Pet Friendly but Staff Unfriendly The Resort at Lake Crossing is in an excellent location in close proximity to water and trails. As a devoted parent to two furry friends, being a pet friendly apartment is a must, and The Resort at Lake Crossing is very accomodating for this lifestyle. My one suggestion for improvement would be for the staff to listen and take action to my concerns instead of providing lip service and not listening to my requests when repairs are requested.
