I can't speak highly enough about living in The Residences. The facility itself is spotless, immaculately decorated and updated/modern with a salt water pool, 2 level gym, open lounge area with a pool table, private work areas, conference rooms, fabulous apartments, etc... The location can't be beat. Centrally located in Raleigh, you can get to downtown, hospital, shopping, the airport and many restaurants in minutes. Tldr: My net time here was quite good. I spent just over 2 years here. Please keep in mind, almost any apartment is going to be "apartment life". Many people need to learn the difference between trivial and important, while the trivial might be annoying it is typically not within the management's control (I am referring to the 1 star reviews). The amenities, location, and staff are wonderful here. I love the community and people - Mary Peyton specifically has made it truly feel like home. 10/10 recommend
Everyone here is professional and tries to solve any issue that may come up. I felt safe and they have a great maintenance team. I had to move due to relocation and I did get my deposit back promptly. It also has a walking trail nearby.
