Amazing Luxury Apartment! Quynh is amazing, approachable, find me a unit that I wanted. Valet team has been wonderful. Anything that’s going on with the unit Diego, Julian and Daniel have been great when it comes to addressing issues in the unit. Armando and Lynn are also very helpful and friendly.
Business response:
Thank you for the glowing review of our team! We work hard to provide an outstanding customer service experience for our team, and it feels good to know that we are succeeding. We will be sure to share your review with Quynh, Diego, Julian, Daniel, Armando, Lynn, and the rest of the team.
Horrible!! The building has taken a rapid turn for the worse since new management has come in. Broken fixtures & stained carpets in common areas, valet is completely incompetent as well as the leasing office. Several of the elevators have been out of service for weeks. After all the issues they have had and they still want to raise your rent astronomically. The cherry on top was that maintenance decided to throw away stuff I had in my apartment before my lease was up.
Verified Renter Wonderful living experience. Apartments are terric and outdoor facility (lounge, pool etc) are great
