Verified Renter Arrive Upper Kirby is a stand out place from the other residences in Houston. It's very quite and secure with 24 hour security. Upper Kirby is prime location for being a central location in Houston. The views in this high rise are immaculate especially during sunrise and sunset! The pool has a very Miami 1 feel and the residence community has events throughout the month. Arrive is also dog friendly! Thank you for such a beautiful place to call home.

Service is Superb at Arrive When you request maintenance, they Arrive! Lol. I put in a request for a lightbulb and shade to be adjusted. They arrived in 20 minutes. This is the maintenance free lifestyle we hoped for. Thanks Daniel and Julian!
