No better place to be in Houston! This building is amazing. It's been 2 years I'm living here and I would not move for another place except if I buy a house! The floor plans are very unique and the appliances are the best in town. The quality of service it amazing. The maintenance team with Julian and Daniel are on point. The leasing office team with armando, Quyn, Lynn etc are the best. The building with the amenities is top notch, sky lounge, heated pool, massage room.. Thanks again guys!

Amazing Luxury Apartment! Quynh is amazing, approachable, find me a unit that I wanted. Valet team has been wonderful. Anything that’s going on with the unit Diego, Julian and Daniel have been great when it comes to addressing issues in the unit. Armando and Lynn are also very helpful and friendly.

Horrible!! The building has taken a rapid turn for the worse since new management has come in. Broken fixtures & stained carpets in common areas, valet is completely incompetent as well as the leasing office. Several of the elevators have been out of service for weeks. After all the issues they have had and they still want to raise your rent astronomically. The cherry on top was that maintenance decided to throw away stuff I had in my apartment before my lease was up.
