The property management is a joke. If you're thinking about living here, please, do your research first.
Do not ever... EVER rent an apartment at The Residences of Congressional Village. I'm up right now because my laundry room flooded...again...for the third or so time now. Carpet wet in all rooms (because the laundry is centrally located). These people are slumlords and I'm contacting the Atty Gen's office in the morning as well as the City Of Rockville to inform them of the laundry list of complaints I have against Jefferson Apartment Group and the string of lies I've been told.
