Jeree has been a very helpful leasing office staff! She is very knowledgeable about the area, very professional, and very kind. I like that the front office is trying to plan activities each month! The property is clean, the only problem we’ve had are bugs but Jeree helped with taking the issue into care and maintenance has been very prompt to fix the issue.

I’ve been here for about 6 months so far and my experience has been great, from the first time I toured the properties up until now. Jeree handled all our paperwork and all the ticket items when moving into our unit. She is great, very kind and professional. Working with Eva was great. She is very knowledgeable and works closely with each client to ding the best fit for their new home.
Been here for about a year, the staff and maintenance team are helpful and nice. Decent apartments, but there's room for improvement to individual units since the building/windows are older. Last summer, maintenance told us that there may be hot and cold spots since we are in a 1000 sq ft unit. The apartment gets a lot of sun, but the HVAC cannot keep up to cool the apartment.
