Management’s service is poor. Honestly, don’t waste your time here. The front desk people are slimy and rude to your face. Guys at leasing office will blow you off and and talk down to you. The mail concierge is the guy who looks out for the people who live here. If you live here you’ll know exactly who I’m talking about. Its nightmare experience dealing with them at time of move-out. If you’re looking at moving here, beware. The property is fine and they do make upgrades, but the sole reason we are leaving is due to the management team. The management team at this complex is combative, unresponsive, and incredibly unhelpful. To make matters worse, they don’t train their leasing staff to answer simple questions without first consulting them. My husband and I lived at Residences at Congressional Village for 3.5 years. While a great place to live and centrally located, it is not what I would call luxury. The prices are normal for this area, which means over inflated. The office staff are good, but there seems to be a charge for everything they do.
