First week here and the dryer is broken, pests near the garbage, and the fire alarm has gone off three times, twice in the night. No urgency to fix it, and elder residents are having issues getting up/down the stairs. Already excited to end my lease 🙏🏼
The management team is good, and the maintenance team is also helpful. My concern is specifically with the building’s fire alarm system. The alarm has a serious recurring problem and goes off repeatedly—sometimes every few days, sometimes weekly, and sometimes several times a month, including very late at night. I had an excellent experience while looking for an apartment at The Residences at Congressional Village. Jeree is so personable and knowledgeable. She was available every step of the way to make sure I found the right apartment.
My partner and I made the move from VA to MD. We were looking for an updated style apartment in an active area of the community. During our search we toured three places and this place beat all the rest. The area is great with plenty of shopping and food options, and the complex is beautiful.
