Excellent Property Rental Value Roomy Apartments with Large Bedrooms, Baths, and Closets. Well Appointed Kitchens with Ample Cabinet Space. Gated Community that is Well Kept with Timely Maintenance. Covered Parking is available for a Reasonable Fee. I Highly Recommend the Larger Apartment Homes. Drawbacks include pet waste issues and could have been soundproofed a little better. 2 Year Resident moving for personal reasons. Nice Folks and Neighbors.

RecommendedThe apartments are beautiful and the amenities are great. We currently live in the larger 2 bedroom, 2 bath and it's so spacious. We love the new dog park. We haven't used the dog bath yet, but it's nice that there's one on site if we need it. This is a very pet-friendly community. The pool, gym, and gazebo are also very nice.
You pay all this money for the amenities then when you try to use them the police show up and ruin your time even if your within the rules. The management is worthless 10 out of 10 would not recommend the worst rental experience I have ever had
Excelente personal, la mánager Monica es muy amable siempre con buena actitud y disposición., eso hace que para mi sean los mejores apartamentos. siempre limpios, bonitos y tranquilo.
One of the best and most beautiful place to live in Lake Jackson, everything is close by. Great schools. Most importantly AMAZING STAFF they are so helpful and accommodating. Pet friendly.
apartment are spacious and so nice
I highly recommend living here if you want to live with ants. We have dealt with this for the entire two months we have lived here. After multiple ant traps and several visits from an exterminator the problem persists, especially when it rains. I'm on bed rest and had to resort to sleeping on my couch, because there were ants all over my bed. I love having to have my apartment exterminated every other week it seems with my dog and my child, whom is expected within the next 3 weeks.
Horrible The new covered area with 2 pits has been taken over by large groups of people for hours on end so if you move here and plan on chillin and barbecuing take a back seat for a while these groups stake out like it’s there in back yard and management could care less horrible what has happened to these apartments
