Wonderful place to live & Fantasticl Location, staff accommodating. i’ve been here since day one of the grand opening At The Réserve Apartments at WAUWATOSA village. I would not and, cannot Contemplatea any other place to live, in the Tosa Milwaukee area

The location is great! Generally a quiet neighborhood, but also a lot going on in the surrounding area. Lots of convenient amenities - pool, hot tub, package lockers, exercise facilities, clubhouse.

We absolutely love it here! Great location, updated units, and very friendly staff. Quite possibly the best rental company we have worked with. Maintenance requests are always acknowledged and resolved in a very timely manner. We would recommend The Reserve to our closest friends and family!

We looked at all apartment complexes in the area before deciding on The Reserve and we couldn't be happier! The units have been recently updated, the property is well maintained, and you get more square feet per unit compared to other surrounding apartments. We love our stainless steel appliances and the in-unit full size washer and dryer. The management truly cares for the tenants and will plan tenant events so everyone can get to know each other. We have lived here for the last few years in two different sized apartments and as transplants we found the community and staff to be helpful and inviting. The apartments are beautiful and in such a great part of town what more could you ask for!
I love the location and how you can walk a lot of places!
I had a dream, that one day they would fill the pool, test it for disease, and open it in time for Memorial Day.
