This place has a Roach and Bedbugs, i had to trow away my bed and furniture in order to get rid of those, it didn't. It stopped once i moved out, now I'm pest free. They kept our security deposit money to redo the whole apartment "apparently" including my emotional support dog pet deposit, i was told the pet deposit comes back to me, but now i am fighting for it because they don't want to give it back.. watch out for your money if you live there. Thank you very much!!! For the clean people live in this place!!! And for the fu...ing internet company CONSOLIDATED SMART SYSTEMS that i dealing for the last tree years whit bad service!!! Is not worth this place for the money we paid No recomendable if you wanna live nice and confort
Worst management and maintenance
This place is where roaches spend happy hour. I've seen more roaches in the building then I've seen tenants. The lobby always smells like used diapers and they'll move your parking space at-will. Don't get me started on the roach graveyard in the laundry room right now. Disgusting apartment and false advertising galore when they showcase their property on sites like craigslist. If you want to watch the game and don't have anyone to watch with don't fret you'll have plenty of roaches to keep you company.
Do not move here. One of the worse buildings in Woodland Hills!
Neighbors are noisy and management is poor. Night watchman barley answer phone. Poor follow through with complaints.
