The reserve has been a great home for the past year. We live in a third floor apartment with vaulted ceilings overlooking the pool. We especially love our balcony and the Mountain View as well as how pet friendly the community is. Taking a walk around the neighborhood you will probably get some doggie kisses! Highly recommend living here!
Super nice apartment complex with great amenities included. Staff is super friendly and very responsive! Usually can expect a response the same day or the next at the latest. Maintenance is fast and timely. Wife and I will be staying here for the few years we stay in Johnson City.

It is the best place to live at Johnson City! Living here for the last 3 years and it is a wonderful experience. It is has some great amenities and is a peaceful community to stay.
Used to be a really nice place to live that was well maintained. After the last property manager was promoted and left, the awesome maintenance guys quit, and now no one who works here gives a crap.

I have really enjoyed living at the reserve. The maintenance staff is very friendly and attentive. They fix any issues very timely. The amenities are nice and clean.
Staff is friendly, maintenance is prompt and attentive, and the environment is always clean and peaceful. I've enjoyed being here since the day I move in 4 months ago!
