We absolutely love living at The Reserve! The apartments are spacious & the staff is so accommodating! We wanted more than just a one bedroom, but didn’t want to leave The Reserve so we’re just upgrading to a bigger unit.. that’s how much we love it!

The Reserve ruined apartment living for my boyfriend and I - only because no where could compare! We lived here for a couple of years prior to moving to Florida in 2019. Everywhere we went we found ourselves saying “I miss living at the Reserve”. 😂 Seriously though; upon move in the apartment was immaculate. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have loved living at The Reserve for almost two years now. The staff is so nice and will always put you in a good mood. I also like popping into the lobby for a nice afternoon snack or a quick workout!

I have lived at the Reserve apartment now going on third year. Whenever I call for Maintenence the staff gets it done in timely manner - they will even come and change your light bulbs - I love it ❤️❤️

The Reserve has some of the best amenities I’ve seen anywhere. The entire staff is professional courteous kind and goes beyond the job description. It’s absolutely beautiful, the grounds, the amenities, the place. The reserve Johnson CityIs a great place to live.

Something great about the Reserve is how they are always there to help with a problem! Anytime I have needed a repair done someone is always here to fix it within the next two days I’ve made a request!
