We feel well taken care of here, The management staff is always courteous and professional with all of our needs being promptly fulfilled. Timely updates via email keep residents informed of everything we need to know--from inspection checks to special events. The maintenance staff is awesome. We had to call at 3am because we couldn't get our smoke detector to stop screaming and they came out within minutes to fix the problem. I've enjoyed living at The Reserve in my first 6 months here. The staff is knowledgeable, thorough, and timely in addressing my needs. The complex is outstanding with many unexpected perks that I am now beginning to enjoy!
Everyone here is always so nice and helpful. The apartment is very clean and the amenities are one of my favorite things about living here. Resigning our lease!

I love the reserve easily the best apartments in Johnson city. The staff is AMAZING. They have been so helpful with every question I’ve had. When I moved in the apartment was clean and well kept. There is no noise around me at all and makes it perfect for nursing students to study. 10/10 recommended.

Best place to live in Johnson City! Friend and extremely helpful staff! Working from home remotely and every day see the maintenance personal hard at work. Amazing community and my wife and I will be here as long as we live in Johnson City.
