Verified Renter Valet pickup doesnt come on the days they suppose to come , theyll throw my trash can top on the ground and sometimes theyll leave my trash in the trash can for days . My Above Neighbors are very loud , dog always running back and forth , banging noises throughout the night . Lady and her 2 kids are always yelling . They leave their dog on the patio for hours barking and running around . Cats are everywhere and to many added on fees .
Verified Renter Staff is always professional, friendly, and great to work with. I have lived here for a while, overall good experience. My building has always been pretty quiet around me.
No complains I've been in this property for half a year now and speaking for myself, I haven't had anything to complain about from either ends of the property. From both the leasing staff, management, and maintenance, everyone has been super efficient. I have come across a few maintenance problems, and they all have been taken care of within the same day.
