Verified Renter Maintenance needs improvement. Appliances need to be working properly. The roaches problem is a big problem. Better security outside needed because even the mailboxes look like theyre being forced open.

Verified Renter I was happy in this apartment but with the issue I have right now with the hole in the wall and the days that I had to take a shower somewhere else because of the bathtub issue Im very disappointed.
Verified Renter I have had a great experience here at The Reserve at Gwinnett. When I have had any problems with anything being fixed, it does not take ;long for someone to come and take care of the issue. Sometimes the only issue is the people that live here, not the complex itself.
