Verified Renter I love this complex in been living in norcross area for around 10 years and all the apartments don't fill my expectations like here so I love the maintenance and the costumer service in the leasing office you guys are doing great and yes I recommend this complex apartments
Verified Renter I was happy in this apartment but with the issue I have right now with the hole in the wall and the days that I had to take a shower somewhere else because of the bathtub issue Im very disappointed.
Verified Renter I have had a great experience here at The Reserve at Gwinnett. When I have had any problems with anything being fixed, it does not take ;long for someone to come and take care of the issue. Sometimes the only issue is the people that live here, not the complex itself.
