Worst place in statesboro! I'm so glad I moved out ! They are saying my sisters lease is up and they told her they will call the police if she won't leave now! What kind of way to treat your residents !!!! worst apt I've ever lived in!
I've lived at The Renaissance for a month and I am really glad I signed here. They're always having something for the residents to show they appreciate us. The office works really hard to make sure your apartment is perfect before you move in. I definitely recommend this place to my friends.
Literally the worst place I have ever lived. I am so happy to be moving out soon. False advertising is the only way they get people to live here. It's trashy, there are bugs, the pool is green, maintance sucks, the internet NEVER WORKS, I really could go on and on but I'll keep it short. DONT MOVE HERE YOU WILL HATE WORST PLACE IN STATESBORO
I'm so happy I'm about to move out of this place. The people that work in the office are very nice! Ms. Kim is always rude & she has a nasty attitude. She does not need to be a property manager she doesn't know how to handle people!
Ok. Im new to this place already starting to get frustrated. First day three leaks. Next thing on Friday no ac. He came and fix it so he say . Next day Saturday no ac. Went out back my ac unit is as old as my granmother while my neighbor own is brand new. Its the weekend and I got no ac in my unit. Piss off now cuz they say it's 24 hrs maintenance I call the number n it's say phone is not a valid number. Its no time for this ac to go out not with the warm weather coming. I am a resident at the Renaissance and i'm so very excited to move into my newly renovated apartment home! I absolutely love the new lighting and design of the homes! I am a very happy resident!
Out of all the apartments in Statesboro the Renaissance is the only one that is worth spending a dime. I rented a whole unit and i never regretted it. It's quiet and the management is awesome. Thumbs up to Ms Kim for doing a great job and for making sure that the residents' problems are taken care of in a timely manner.
The Cove is cleaning up really nicely! I look forward to the completed improvements......the renovations really do look good.
