I’ve been living here for the past 2 months, and honestly, I love it here! Friendly environment and staffs, especially Dendrick King. Wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else to stay!

A great place to live, come tour with Jamie Lary. He's amazing. What ever you need he can get for you. Fully furnished.
I lived in the renaissance for a year, 2015-2016, and it was pretty nice. Management was great, they actually care about and tend to their residents. Maintenance comes out usually a day after you put in a request. Compared to other places I've live in Statesboro, the renaissance is definitely the best. I personally recommend staying here if you don't want to be forgotten and just another random name on a lease. The staff knows everyone by name and they check on you whenever you stop by the office.
