Dendrick King was a big help. Soon as I walked in the door he greeted me & great customer service. I’m excited about moving to Statesboro. And the apartments are nice and the community is quite.

Maintenance services have really improved!! Any problems I have it is fixed that same day!! The staff are really helpful and ready to take care of anything i need done or questions that I have!! Overall great customer service!! I have already renewed my lease!!

Great cooperation with organizations on campus , would highly recommend for individuals who prefer a front office they can communicate with.
Maintenance is great . I had Issac. He was in and out in 15 minutes tops.
The maintenance staff is great. Isaac is great he always gets things done in a timely matter. The leasing manager is very convincing; he can really sell you on things.
