My experience with the Remodeling Company was outstanding. I really like the product, I got my windows done. I am really looking forward to being able to do the rest of my house with them. Joel was very nice and polite.
The whole process was professionally done. They showed up on time and the workmanship was great.
It is always very nice when contractors arrive on time and the job is completed on schedule. But what is even more satisfying is when the work is completed better than you could have imagined. I have a no soliciting sign on my door and twice your company has rang my doorbell and knocked on my door in the past few days. I will never use your services and I will be reporting this to the Garner PD because you are trespassing on private property after being told to leave twice.
I had my roof replaced by TRC. Everyone from my salesman, Joel to the office staff, Jessica, Alyssa and Vickie to my install team, Angel and Fernando did an outstanding job!! Vickie even took calls from me when she wasn't at work, even on her birthday. Everyone addressed my concerns in a timely manner. They made me feel heard and validated. The install team was on time and did an outstanding job with the removal and clean up of my old roofing material and did an excellent job on the installation of the new shingles.
