Regency house management office
This will go down as one of our favorite apartments of all time! We've loved the apartment and the location. The views are incredible. The appliances are very new and worked well. The staff downstairs have always been great, and the extra touch of having the fireplace on in the lobby really made a difference in the winter. Maybe most importantly, their staff have always been INCREDIBLY responsible. If we ever had an issue with the apartment, they would always be in there within a day to fix it. The Regent has been a wonderful home. It's in a can't-beat location, and several of the back units have an awesome view of the city from their balconies. The apartments are really quiet, nicely equipped, and well-maintained, and the front desk and maintenance staff are all super friendly and helpful. We found it to be an incredible value thanks to some flexibility from the leasing office, and we're sad to be moving!
