Staff member was professional and friendly. Every staff member I met was professional and friendly. The Christmas card I received from Refine Institute was a nice touch. There were some additional costs that were not explained upfront, I would have preferred knowing all costs (but please do not consider this statement a complaint) I have enjoyed this experience.
I will come back. Everyone was always friendly, including the nurse and Dr. Pratt. They are the best and if I need anything else I will come back.
