I've been a patient here for multiple years. I've had a few times trouble with the waiting time to be seen that I had to walk out. This time, about a week ago I was left in a room waiting for Dr. Reeves for an hour. I had the usual procedure of checking my eyes for any changes. I was left in the room about 1pm and no one checked on me for 1 hour. I could have had a heart attack or seizure or whatever. So at a little after 2pm I left. The receptionist was busy with someone. Dr. Reeves and Dr. Gentry have both been fantastic to work with. Everything was explained to me before surgery, including expected results. Dr. Reeves did my eye surgery and it was the easiest surgery I have ever had. Completely pain-free! I chose to have multi-focal implanted lenses and I love them! I use driving glasses at night, but other than that I don't have to wear glasses at all. I will never go his office or recommend anybody to go to his office for any eye needs , unless you want to lose your eyesight.
