I love the care our family receives at the Real Health Co! From the moment we walk in and are greeted with smiling faces at the front desk to the expert care we receive from Dr Luke and Dr Barrett … the whole experience is uplifting, professional, friendly, efficient and healing. I could not recommend this place any more. Love it!!
Parker & Lillian are the dream at the front desk! So happy and ready to love on every patient that walks through the door! Dr Luke, so kind, thorough, and surprisingly funny! Always a great start to my day seeing him. And Dr B… our family has been seeing him since he first came to Knoxville. Our daughter was a toddler & now she’s working there! I wouldn’t want her anywhere else. It’s a beautiful thing what Dr Barrett has built in The Real Health Co. Our community is so lucky & blessed to have them!

I have been working with Dr. Barrett for about 13 years, and there is truly no one I trust more to guide me down a pathway to complete health.
