Solid 4 star performance. Why the 3 overall? They have some work to do on hotel guests that are around for weddings. Room was clean and updated. Everyone we interacted with was extremely nice. We had a small issue with our shower, sent someone right out to fix it and gave us late check out to accommodate. Beach was clean, well maintained. Overall nice property. The should be 2 star review. Reading all of the negative reviews of this place I was slightly worried. My experience wasn’t anywhere near some of the experiences on here. No, I’m not a paid actor, my review history certainly doesn’t reflect that. Was the parking and resort fees overly expensive? Absolutely. As a matter of fact, shame on you for charging $50 a night for parking. Just because it’s industry standard in the area is a lame excuse. We had an amazing anniversary weekend. A special thank you to Jose and Jackie (at Four Marlins Restaurant), and to the entire hotel team, for the outstanding level of care, attention to detail, and service throughout our stay. You can truly feel when a place goes beyond just offering great facilities and focuses on creating a memorable experience where guests feel genuinely taken care of. They made our anniversary truly special. We would definitely come back.
Nickel and dimed us on our stay. Can’t these over priced hotels just include parking. $50 per night is crazy.
