The hotel is beautiful. Restaurant/bar was yummy. Close to stuff within walking distance. Ricky was helpful and informative after getting our golf cart from the garage.
A relaxed oceanfront stay with the rare advantage of a private natural beach in Key West. The hotel understands its setting and presents it without fuss. Arrival was smooth and warm. Riccardo and Gethro set the tone. Lucas was also consistently helpful throughout our stay. Departure was just as polished with Jared, and Pedro offering chilled water at the valet stand. This hotel had the best views ever! Although I could not control the fan in our room ( I'm sure user error lol) It was either off or alaska cold in there.
Sharon is amazing! She is part of the service team at the restaurant and bar. We were there this weekend and she made the trip. So nice, attentive, funny and personable.
