The location of the establishment was pleasant. The room was satisfactory. However, the balcony door was inoperable, there was no microwave, and the refrigerator did not function. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the inaccurate reservations, including our own room and those of our family members. The lack of communication and consideration was exceptionally poor, particularly given that we had booked our wedding at this location and had high expectations of a stress-free experience. We stayed at The Reach the beginning of June to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was our first time in Key West. We enjoyed our stay there. Everything about the hotel was fine - location, food, room cleanliness... I have to shout out Ricky the valet. He was super friendly and attentive. Also Stephanie the waitress who works at the pool - so pleasant and friendly!
Love this place, we try to go every year with Hilton points. Great food at the restaurant.
