I moved in towards the end of August, and since day one the staff has been nothing but kind and courteous. They are very eager to help in anyway that they can. Any maintenance issues have been solved in a very timely manner, and it's nice that you can submit a maintenance request online through the Ranch Portal. I also think the location is great being in between Bentonville and Rogers and the interstate is just down the road. Thank you to the Ranch Staff for giving me such a good living experience.

Where can I start... I lived in a lot of places, but the staff here is phenomenal!! Jennifer, is the best. Showed us a couple of units and got us in our apartment in No-time. Sabrina and everyone else, has helped us with a smile on their face since. Been here for a few months and can't wait to build memories with my family in a place of serenity. Maintenance staff is attentive and efficient! 10 Stars�
What a terrific place to live. A beautiful community, great apartments, wonderful staff, glowing personal service, competent and thorough maintenance staff. Great pool, great grills, a good sand volleyball court (PLEASE raise the net though!), good workout facility, high-end theater, gorgeous "man cave" billiards and shuffleboard. Just absolutely terrific. Thanks to all the staff that makes this possible. You guys are terrific!
