RecommendedI’ve loved living here the last few years. The amenities are great and the staff is really nice. The only issue I have is parking. There aren’t assigned spots per apartment, the only assigned parking is for either covered parking or for a garage, which is fine, but not cheap.

The front office staff are very friendly and inviting. The apartments are super beautiful!!
This complex exceeded my expectations. I’ve found the best measure for a landlord is how they treat their customers who are moving out, especially when it comes to communication on cleaning standards and how the security deposit return is factored. The office was very clear and direct and ended up refunding my entire security deposit after I followed the guidelines they gave me. I have never had an entire security deposit refunded. 5 stars for this place. I came in and needed pricing first. Kim helped me and let me know the cost and it was a little out of my budget. She acknowledged me and greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was knowledgeable about her housing and didn't make me feel like trash when I said it was our of my comfortable price range. When my circumstances change I hope she is still there because she was wonderful.
