About this business
An historic 1820's restaurant, tavern and Bed & Breakfast once owned by Thomas Scott, Assistant Secretary of War to President Lincoln, and President of the Pennsylvania Railroad. Nibble on some appetizers or enjoy some lite fare. Have a refreshing cocktail by the fire, or take in the view from our garden patio. Our desserts are home made and our herbs are grown in our own back yard! Overnight stays are welcome in our B&B. We also provide accommodations for elopements, weddings, anniversaries and parties of any kind.

Had this place on my list of places to try. So glad I finally tried it! Ate downstairs in the Perry Street Cellar. So laid back with an awesome atmosphere. The service was great, the food was stellar, and the atmosphere is amazing. My wife and I had a great time and will most definitely be back. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The staff here are experts at food and beverage pairing. They really know their craft. 5 star food at 3 star prices in a building that has an extremely relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend attending an event night like we did last night. Several courses of interesting cuisine were thoughtfully paired with specific beers...fantastic!
I had the Railroad Burger last evening and I must say it was one of the best burgers I have had!!! The atmosphere is awesome as well!
