The food was awesome, thanks to the cooks Talon, the waitress was great (Kelsie) a very enjoyable evening. would recommend The Railroad House to everyone
Amazing food, drink, environment, and really anything else you are looking for in a great restaurant/bar. They used everything the historic building had to offer and added very nice touches. Can't wait till the downstairs opens. Book the elevated 12 top in the dining room for a good time!
Awesome food and drinks!! White pizza was a surprising treat and the Scallop special was a flavor feast almost like a wonton, hot and dour, and scallop treat! This place is a hidden treasure full of character and motivated, knowledgeable, and experienced talent! Go!!!
The food was amazing (I had the macadamia crusted salmon and my husband had the scallops), the owners were very kind and took us on a mini- tour, and our service was wonderful...we definitely will go back.
From the moment you walk in you feel a comfort from the warm atmosphere in the bar. The dining area is beautifully decorated and inviting with a fun booth for six or so people that we'll be sure to come back with a group to use. Our party of four ordered the scallops, salmon and veal. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The presentation and taste were perfect. Thanks for a great experience!
This restaurant is incredible! Food and presentation was top notch, not to mention the incredible beer selection! Can't wait to go back! Compliments to the amazing staff!
Jeff and I had one of the best dining experiences in recent memory. The funky steam punk decor in the dining room is a great departure from the stale atmosphere in most local restaurants. Our server was excellent...attentive but not overbearing. The food was beautifully plated and superb. I highly recommend the short ribs and the scallop entrées. Congratulations, Joe & Freddie! Very well done! We'll be regulars for sure.
I came in and Photographed for the FLY MAGAZINE of Lancaster yesterday. Joey was so accommodating, alert and ready to answer any and all of our major questions. the meal I was photographing was the Scallop dish and it was absolutely cooked to a turn, and i ate EVERY bit of it and wishing there was more, it was so delicious. You don't just walk into a restaurant, you're walking into a piece of history. FAbulous.
Simply a wonderful restaurant. Beautiful interior and delicious food. Also a great selection of beers and wine. Check it out!
