About this business
An historic 1820's restaurant, tavern and Bed & Breakfast once owned by Thomas Scott, Assistant Secretary of War to President Lincoln, and President of the Pennsylvania Railroad. Nibble on some appetizers or enjoy some lite fare. Have a refreshing cocktail by the fire, or take in the view from our garden patio. Our desserts are home made and our herbs are grown in our own back yard! Overnight stays are welcome in our B&B. We also provide accommodations for elopements, weddings, anniversaries and parties of any kind.

Great atmosphere! The owner is awesome! Very accommodating to our bridal shower. Food was great. Definitely going back!
Great service, great wings, and a beautiful bathroom. Cool place to grab a nice craft beer at a reasonable price.
We were only down in the Cellar, but it was a neat atmosphere. Great food and the staff was friendly. I have a gluten allergy and they have good options! We will be back.

Consistent & amazing food at the Railroad House. Probably one of the top 3 steaks I have had in my lifetime stretching between Hawaii and Germany. A MUST for all foodies - atmosphere upstairs and in the cellar are warm, cozy & inviting - keep up the great job!!
