This is the worst most bogus leasing company I have ever dealt with. I applied back in March/April for an apartment in Newnan, GA. I am still waiting on a partial refund on my application fee after been given the run around from the property managers to the Regional Manager. They are the hardest people to get in contact with. It's a company comprised of terrific people doing positive things for the communities it owns and operates.
I really wanted to be treated nicely with the new acquisition but I was wrong. I've emailed the leasing office several times dating back to October about 2 holes in my kitchen floor. They replaced 1 of the holes with discontinued tile. Today they come in & glue the other hole down. I come home from work to learn my rent is increasing more than I was told.
