I am sad to say that radco has yet to make me a happy resident. Back in May a maintenance worker accidently took out our rental washer and dryer. After speaking with the property manager I was under the impression this would be resolved immediately. Fast forward 2 months - the property manager continues to redirect me to the regional manager, Danilo, who has yet to respond to my emails. Still waiting on a refund from them. They owe me $500 and said it'd be 7-10 business days. It's now been 14dys and the office won't even return my phone calls.
