Radco companies is a corporation funded off of greed and money laundering. The company will make up numbers for fees that have no IRS paper trail and the number on this sight is out of service. Roaches come with the Radius Palms. Tampa apartment as an incentive. The gate stays broken and this invites criminal activity. This is very clearly a company that cares more about investors and acquisitions of property than the residents who call their apartments home. Winterset at East Cobb decided to wait for a global pandemic before enforcing the lease rule on expired tags for the first time since I’ve lived here and I’m over halfway through my second lease term. Will not respond the questions regarding the Covid-19 situation. They have close all their offices on their properties and will not return or answer calls regarding hardship in paying for rent in the next few months. Please answer
I just had two people from RADCO beat on my door saying they would TAKE MY CHILDREN’S BIKES if they were not gone by tomorrow because they were outside of my side door. They are A**HOLES that only care about what the apartments look like on the outside so they can lure people in and then WONT FIX SH** on the inside of the apartment once they get you in. Glad we are moving! *update* Radco started going around with a grabber and bucket taking any kids toys they find outside. Just walking by grabbing it and throwing them away.
My roommate and I have been complaining about our water for months now and nothing has been done. We’ve asked for the water to be tested and they’ve ignored our request every time. We live in Tampa at Sunstone Palms. Do you guys think this is safe for residents to cook with or shower in?
