I've only been using this clinic for my primary care provider (PCP) needs for about a year and have so far been very happy with it. I like the online MyChart service, where I can send and receive messages from any care provider I've seen in the Queens system. The response time is very good -- even my busiest doc got back to me the same day. I can also view lab and other test results, which is very convenient. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had an appointment scheduled for several months. Was running a little behind and when I called to let them know, I was put on hold and then disconnected. I showed up for the appointment 7 mins late. I was told this Dr Derek Moro has a strict 5 min late policy and refused to see me. Told me I needed to reschedule and soonest available was in 2 months. Horrible service! No one in this office cares about the patient, they just want to get you in and out.
