Horrible customer service. Doesn't care about their tenants' complaints or needs. Horrible utility company included, who scammed me almost $200. So angry. I wish I never lived there.
This is our second year living here and we are still in love with it! The amenities and apartments are amazing, we wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! Thanks for such a great experience!
Garbage place and garbage staff. Looks nice on the exterior, awful on the interior. I hate to say I even lived here.
We have had a few maintenance issues but management was always quick to get them resolved. The property managers have always been super helpful and listened to our issues. Never have had issues with the busses and parking has gotten much better since the towing enforcement was put in place.
This place is garbage! I would not recommend living here. Over the past we have had strange charges to our accounts. Our water bill was way more than anyone else's this month, which is kinda funny since no one was here for a month! I brought this up to management and she said to email her. It has been a little over 72 hours and I have yet to hear back from her. I have also submitted a handful of maintenance issues and none of them have been resolved.
I have had great experience with the staff. Everyone is more than friendly. I had my furnace go out and the manager Rob was over immediately (on the weekend) and worked extremely hard to get the heat back on. He even offered to bring in heaters while he was working to raise the temp. Great experience, best service I’ve had in Iowa City.
