Honestly, this place needs to learn to communicate better with individuals who are renting from them and also with one another. I was told numerous things many different times. Given false information, etc. I don’t recommend if you’re looking for an easy move in transition.
They’re management went through our mail which is a felony. They deactivated my key before my lease was up, violated our housing rights, told my roommate they didn’t have her emotional support letter for her dogs that she’s been looking for for months so they could charge us then when we went there they pulled it out spontaneously. (HIPPA Violation) , felony. When the snow hits, they don't help you or care about your problems here. This complex is terrible with snow removal and the site manager Emily is extremely rude and gave off a very careless attitude. My car was stuck right before work, no one came to help me even after I was told help was on the way, and I was late to work because of it. They do never lay down salt so the sidewalks and parking lot stays icy. RecommendedThe Quarters feels very much like home to me! Being an international student, so far away from home and any family, living here has given me the chance to have a very welcoming, warm and a safe place to come home to after long hours spent at school. New and very clean apartment, away from noisy downtown, plenty of amenities, parking, gym, pool, jacuzzi, security and many other amazing features. I absolutely love living here! The staff are super friendly, and it’s so nice to live at a place with a great security team that monitors the complex. My fav feature is easily being able to take the free shuttle to/from downtown when I go out with friends. And as a student, you really can’t beat the unlimited free coffee & study lounge at the clubhouse! Seriously would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy/safe place with plenty of amenities.
This place is dope. Only issue I have had was the AC in my unit wasn’t working when we moved in and it was a harder fix than initially expected. Every staff member I’ve talked to has been super friendly and the security here is super chill. Every tenant I’ve met is really cool and eager to talk to you. If you’re leaving a 1 Star review here sorry you’re probably just a hater 🤷♀️
Brand new buildings very nice quiet zone, nice pools best of all each girl have her own room and bathroom 👍
