I've been living here for over two years now and haven't had any problems. I've always been helped with any questions I have had and do enjoy living here. Would totally recommend to anyone and plus there are 2 pools and free tanning 😍
I’ve lived at the Quarters since the first year and have enjoyed my residency here! I love having a pool to hang out at with my friends, free tanning and a year round hot tub! If resort-style living is your cup of tea, the Quarters at Iowa City is the place for you. 😎

This place is atrocious in its willingness to work with people. I realize the need for contracts and the need to abide by them; however, these leases have no cancellation clause (even for a fee)- so if your life situations change, too bad so sad. They will leave you high and dry not giving 2 shakes and will happily cash your checks and charge you interest and fees galore. i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My daughter asked several times what day she would be able to move into her new apt as she renewed so she would not have a homeless period. She was told Sunday (today) and as said she went in to ask multiple times because we have to drive 5 hours to come help her move. we have been waiting since 9am for an apt even though she signed her lease to take it "AS IS" . such an inconvenience considering we still have a 5 hour drive back and work tomorrow. management seems very unsure of anything they ... read more
